Rick Weil - Founder - Senior Designer - Managing Director
Rick Weil founded Conscapes in 2005. Growing up and working in his family’s construction business that was started in 1925, Rick wanted to continue his family’s legacy through designing & building landscapes.
With more than 35 years of construction experience in heavy civil & landscape construction along with an education from UC Berkeley’s landscape architecture program, Rick provides Conscapes with the necessary experience for the daily operations.
Cara Nelson - Senior Landscape Architect
Cara Nelson brings more than 20 years of residential & corporate landscape design and construction experience to each project. Her passion for art in the landscape has kept her designs fresh throughout her career.
Licensed in California as both a landscape architect and general contractor, Cara’s formal education includes a Harvard University MLA as well as her UC Davis undergraduate degree.
