Consultations include walking the site, discussing the neds vs. wants, budgets, permit requirements (If needed), structural, civil or any outside consultants if necessary. A detailed design proposal will be sent to you following our meeting.
We are happy to spend a few minutes on the phone to hear about your project, however, to meet in person we do charge for our time.
