Conscapes, Inc is currently seeking a Landscape Construction Project Manager/ Estimator. Experience in Landscape Architecture/Design is recommended but not required.

Job Summary:

• Manage day-to-day operations of our construction division operations.

• Scheduling, planning, and visiting job sites for quality control.

• Client point-of-contact resource for construction/scheduling operations.

• Meeting with clients and sub-consultants as needed.

• Provide cost estimating for landscape construction & concrete projects.

• Meet or exceed annual sales goals.

• Manage billing process, including communicating job changes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years estimating experience in landscape construction and decorative concrete work.

• Knowledge in landscape architectural construction and site development.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to take initiative and work independently, self-motivation.

• Ability to understand grading, concrete, and technical details.

• Demonstrated ability in project management and business development.

• Proficent in estimating software, B2W/Excel.

• Experience in Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Adobe a plus.
